Online Donations and Pledge Payments

  • What payment options are available?
    • Bank account (church-preferred method):
      You may set up a checking account for direct debit as your payment method. The first time that you set up your account, you will be guided through a verification process to prove that the account is yours. The verification process only needs to be completed once. You may choose to save your account setup for use with additional payments; please know that when you do this we do not save your actual account number.
    • Credit or debit card:
      We accept Diners Club, JCB, Discover, Mastercard, American Express and Visa
    • Apple Pay/Android Pay:
      If you are accessing the site on a mobile device and the device is set up to enable mobile payments, you will have the option to pay using that method.
  • How do I cancel a recurring payment?
    • You can cancel your recurring payment at any time by visiting the my account page, clicking on “Subscriptions” and then “View” and then clicking the “Cancel” button.
    • You may also email your cancel request to pledges@theascensionshop.com. We check email frequently but we cannot guarantee that your recurring payment will be cancelled before it’s next payment is processed.
  • Can I change my payment method?
    • You can change your payment method at any time by visiting the my account page, clicking on “Subscriptions” and then “View” and then clicking the “Change Payment” button.
